A car park is just above the platforms where you can leave your vehicle or use the 'Kiss and Ride' option. There is a bus station right next door, and the fast Kraków tram makes it easy to get to the Station and to the adjoining Galeria Krakowska. The facility has 24 ticket counters at customers' disposal, a Customer Service Centre, three waiting rooms and disabled-accessible toilets. The station also has a room for a mother and child.
